Created for inward reflections, powerful pauses, and cultivating well-being. Each week you will receive a 10-minute guided meditation, intention practice, self-inquiry questions, and bonus stories from Lauren Lee, a friendly Buddhist meditation teacher helping busy professionals get centered.


What to expect.

**Newsletter +podcast episode drops every Wednesday. 

WEEKLY INTENTION: Every other week you’ll receive a weekly intention based on the weekly practice topic. For those who are too busy to meditate this is for you. Drop in each week with a calming and centering intention practice. (Topic examples: letting go, bravery, joy, happiness, etc.) 

GUIDED MEDITATIONS: Welcome to your soft landing. You can take meaningful pauses each week with guided meditations (10 minutes or less) created only for Calm Point. Receive guidance on how to meditate and friendly tips. If you’re a new or experienced meditator, Calm Point will help build your confidence to have a daily meditation practice. All are welcome.

CULTIVATE WELL-BEING: Each week you’ll be given weekly questions for self-inquiry to consider. All to help point you towards well-being.
