"Right here my love, we're practicing..." What an incredible phrase to offer yourself--wow. I will be using that!!

Colors have representation/meaning in many traditions. :) For Buddhism blue (light/turquoise) is considered to be the color of compassion and loving-kindness. It's associated with healing and purity.

Great question! ^^

I love this practice. It’s one I gravitate towards as I have always embraced my serving heart. Today I felt like I was “struggling” to anchor and when I was breathing in compassion and telling myself it’s a practice, I think talked to myself like I would my daughter, “right here my love, we’re practicing and it’s to take our time and practice as much as we need. I’m here to help and we got this.” This cultivated the compassion I needed. Also, why blue? Is there meaning behind that?
