I wanted to know. Does a quiet place exist in our digital world? Was there a welcoming soft place to land to reflect inward? Where could I take a pause during the day and gain clarity? This is Calm Point.
We spend so much of our time with a constant inbound stream of opinions, interruptions, and asks. Where do we go to regain our balance? When do we get to come home to a quiet place within? This is it.
Calm point is a soft landing we deserve. Created for inward reflections, powerful pauses, and cultivating well-being.
A Digital hug!
I wanted to create a bi-weekly conversation that feels just like receiving a letter from a loving friend. I often look at my inbox with the hope that there’s an unexpected good message waiting for me. I wanted Calm Point to arrive in your inbox with that same intention. Kind of like hearing the doorbell ring and opening it to see your best friend standing there. Calm Point is like that moment or what I’m calling, a “digital hug”.

INWARD REFLECTION: We will explore topics through prompts, questions, and guidance for inward reflection. Topics like: new beginnings (available now), equanimity, choosing love, rest, self-compassion, forgiveness, and more.
POWERFUL PAUSES: We’ll take meaningful pauses with guided meditations created only for Calm Point. Each meditation builds on the next. I’ll share tips and insights on meditation that I’ve learned through teaching and training. If you’re a new or experienced meditator, Calm Point will help build your confidence to have a daily meditation practice. All are welcome.
CULTIVATE WELL-BEING: Each week we'll sign off by nurturing health and happiness with “Three Points”, an insight, an interest, and an inspiration. Here we’ll laugh, cry, and ponder together. Once you get the hang of it, I invite you to begin to create and share your own “Three Points”.
I’m so glad you’re here. This is the beginning of something new. As we learned in Calm Point week 1, each new beginning has two things. An ending. And a seed.
