My professor at Harvard Extension School, Chris Berlin, mentioned something that struck me at the tail end of class. He said, "Let your heart close the loop on what the rational mind can not understand."
It has a familiar feeling, even if we're unsure what that means. At some point in our lives, our hearts leap when our minds cannot. For me, my meditation practice is a journey to the heart. It is a time to slow down, turn inward, and check-in.
